SHIPPING POLICY
When you purchase at www.secrettannery.com you will be provided with a tracking number via email at the time of shipment.
A reduced flat rate of €6 worldwide and €5 domestic (Ireland) will apply to all packages regardless of size and weight.
The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. Secrettannery.com is not responsible for customs fees incurred from imported goods. We work hard to keep our shipping rates reasonable while ensuring your items are delivered in the most efficient and reliable way possible -- we appreciate your understanding.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have put lots of effort into making our products the highest quality. We also want to provide the highest customer service. We will accept any product (with all of its original packaging) returned unused within 14 days for exchange only. Refunds are permitted on damaged goods only and will be paid on return of the faulty product. We will also cover standard shipping cost in the case of a faulty product ( we cannot cover express or courier shipping). All other refunds/credit notes are at the discretion of the secrettannery.com.
